Still cannot open it?
Restart the router and wait for it to finish starting. Check the label or setup information for the correct local address. A factory reset can erase your network settings, so do not use it as the first fix.
Reset warning: Only reset a router when you understand that the Wi-Fi name, password, ISP settings, and custom rules may be removed.
